EC Tenders Profile
- During the registration process, you will be asked to create an EC Tenders Alert profile. The profile you create is used to identify contract opportunities relevant to your business. Our Customer Support Team is on hand, both during registration and throughout your membership, to ensure your profile delivers the opportunities you require.
Daily Email Alert
- Each working day EC Tenders searches through the hundreds of contract notices published and identifies those that match your profile. This carefully selected portfolio of contracts is then emailed to you early every working day thus ensuring you only receive contract opportunities relevant to your business.
Online Database
- The EC Tenders Online database also allows subscribers full access to all OJEU tender information. This means you are free to search for contracts outside of your existing profile, perhaps identifying new business development opportunities. You can also use this facility to search for contract awards – a very useful way of sourcing subcontracting opportunities and monitoring competitor activity.
Subscriber Newsletter
- EC Tenders subscribers receive BiP's newsletter, issued monthly, informing them about new and updated features, and containing information about developments in public procurement that may affect their business, plus details of events and training designed to support subscribers in winning new business.

Weekly Compendium CD-ROM – forwarded every Friday containing all EC Tenders contracts issued via the OJEU over the previous week, allowing you to build a library of past contract information.
Additional Alert Email – allows your Alert profile to be sent to more than one email address within your organisation so that your colleagues are quickly alerted to the new business opportunities contained in your Alert email.
Additional Alert Profile – for companies with diverse offerings managed by different departments or divisions. This service allows for the creation of any number of bespoke emails delivered to one or more email addresses – all at a fraction of the cost of a new subscription.
